Illustrations of Unfilmed Star Wars Scenes

It was left up to our imagination on how they would have actually played out.

There were some scenes that were never filmed or featured in the original Star Wars trilogy.

It was left up to our imagination on how they would have actually played out. For a second, lets recap on which scenes we are talking about…

Just imagine an epic battle scene to rival anything out of the Lord of the Rings trilogy, where Vader is persuading the Outer Rim Worlds to join the empire. How about showing us what happened when the Imperial Troops attack the Jawas? Another scene showing what happened after the attack on the Hoth Rebel Base, and how about imagining Darth Vader supervising the Death Star 2’s shield generator construction.

Well, top illustrator Dave Dorman (and a hero of mine) has envisioned all those scenes in some amazing and detailed illustrations.

Dave Dorman, if you didn’t already know, is a Eisner Award winning sci-fi and fantasy illustrator and has been producing works of art since 1979 for the likes of Marvel, DC and Dark Horse. Dorman was voted The #1 Star Wars Artist of All Time and also Best Star Wars Artist by Star Wars Galaxy Magazine and The Official Best of Star Wars Magazine.

The best thing is, that you can actually buy these as prints from the man himself. See link at bottom of post. Here are Dorman’s awesome Illustrations of Unfilmed Star Wars Scenes.
