What you will need…

  • 1 shot vodka
  • 1 shot Chambord
  • ½ shot Lemoncello
  • ¼ shot Grenedine
  • Club soda*

  • 1 1/2 ounces Malibu rum
  • 3 tablespoons coconut cream
  • 6 large ice cubes

 

Gin & Appletiser Christmas Cocktail

What you will need…

  • Cranberries – I used frozen
  • Filtered water
  • 50 ml / 2 shots of gin – chilled (use a branded label, but no need to splash out on premium)
  • 250ml Appletiser original – chilled
  • 3 Cranberry ice cubes
  • Cinnamon stick
  • Slice apple
  • Wedge of lime

 

Cranberry Mojito

What you will need…

For cranberry simple syrup:

  • 8 ounces fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water

For each drink: 

  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 ounces cranberry simple syrup
  • 2 ounces rum
  • Seltzer water

 

Peppermint White Christmas

What you will need…

  • 1 bottle chilled Champagne
  • White Creme de Cocoa
  • candy canes

 

Salted Caramel White Russian

  • 25ml (one shot) Salted Caramel Irish Cream

  • 3/4 cup sparkling apple cider
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cranberries, halved
  • 3/4 cup cranberries, whole
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, chopped
  • 3 rosemary sprigs

 

Sparking Clementine Thyme Cocktail

  • 12 ounces sparkling clementine juice (I used Izze)
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
  • 2 clementine or orange slices
  • two sprigs lemon thyme

  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup vodka or light rum
  • 1/2 cup Blue Curacao
  • 1/2 cup cream of coconut (not coconut milk)
  • 3 cup ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp sugar
