The coffee shops I visit often have pieces of artwork hanging on the walls, but floating on top of my caffe latte was the last place I expected to find a piece of art!
You only have to look around to see that art is all around us wherever we go! Latte Art has become more popular of the years and is created by creatively pouring lovely frothy steamed milk into a shot of espresso coffee.
The result can produce a design or pattern on the top surface of the latte. Another way is by actually drawing on the frothy foam layer and adding chocolate powder. This can often be difficult to create due to the conditions of both milk and espresso, the quality of espresso machine and also limited as to how artistic and experienced the barista may be!
