The Simpsons – Our once favourite TV show still contains an absolute truck load of great original and parody musical numbers that people sometimes overlook.
I wasn’t going to commission another Simpsons post ever again, because we’ve probably featured it all. We’ve featured the best episodes, the best characters, quotes, movie references and funniest business names and even why we finally gave up and stopped watching the show, just to mention some of them. Although our love for this once show has significantly waned over the years I think we may have a little bit of respect left to write one final article on Homer and co.
Who could forget “You’re checkin’ in” from New York City vs. Homer Simpson, Montgomery Burns singing “See My Vest” and Troy McClure’s excellent musical numbers in Stop the Planet of the Apes. I Want to Get Off!
This time we are counting down those memorable songs that featured in the show and in their own right should have been released on a compilation album (and yes, we are talking about pre-millenium episodes).
