The biggest reason (after pain) for not getting a tattoo done is because people can’t find the right tattoo that they would want inking somewhere on their body permanently.
Some tattoos are quite garish and look kind of cheap. Under no circumstances should you get a tattoo done when drunk or high! A tattoo should be unique, it should be meaningful and represent you.
