Chinese is definitely one of my all time favourite style of foods. From deliciously crispy duck and Chinese barbecue to stir-fry and juicy chow mein noodles to crispy sweet and sour chicken balls, I really could eat it all day.

Sticky Chinese Pork Belly

What You Will Need
Slow Cooked Pork Belly:
- 1kg pork belly slices, chopped in half (each piece being approx. the length of your index finger)
- 1litre hot chicken/veg stock
- 1 thumb sized piece of ginger, peeled and finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped in half
- 1 tbsp. rice wine
- 1 tbsp. caster sugar

- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
