In the digital age, more and more people are becoming a lot more tech-savvy. Even pre-school kids nowadays can work with a computer and tablet with no problems, but there are some people where technology stills seem to be an enigma that they just can’t work out or be bothered to even learn.
Tech support may refer to these people as ID10T or PEBCAK (look them up if you don’t know) and they are the thorn in the side of any IT worker.
