Balloon Sculpting (also known as balloon modelling and balloon twisting) is the modelling of specialist balloons into almost any shape or object.
We have all seen children’s party entertainers twisting balloons into dogs, swords and hats but the art of balloon sculpting can be a very creative and intricate art form.
The primary design styles are ‘single balloon’ which is basically using one balloon per model and ‘multiple balloon’ which uses more than one balloon to make more elaborate designs which also uses the added techniques of ‘stuffing’ and ‘weaving’.
