If you ever thought that maybe we are all living in a giant simulation then these photos may back up your theory even more.
These beautiful landscapes may look like the real thing but were all created by AI. We don’t mean that the T800 from Terminator cranked up Mac and started mastering Photoshop.
Aurel Manea has managed to create these stunning vistas using a new AI software called Stable Diffusion by Stability AI.
“I can’t, as a landscape photographer myself, emphasize enough what these new technologies will mean for photography,” explains Manea
“Of course, they are not real photos and they only resemble real places (for now, as the input data becomes larger and larger) but for most of the people that consume the images, it is only about the beauty of those images.”
