The ‘Bubble Waffle’ also referred to as ‘Puffle Waffles’, which are originally inspired by the Chinese street dessert ‘Egg puff’. They have been served at Cauldron Ice Cream and Nosteagia for a while now and they look totally delicious.
Soft, yet crispy and surprisingly light, the waffles are filled with ice cream and with a variety of toppings to add including chocolate, fruit, cream, peanut butter, Oreos and even cereal.
