It’s one of those legends like the Holy Grail or the Lost City of Gold, stories passed down from generation to generation. People would talk about it and argue whether the tales were true. They said it was for a better way of life. That’s the myth of the fast food Secret Menus!
I don’t know why more fast food joints don’t allow the customers to customize their own food to be honest. Just think of the amazing burgers, sandwiches and drinks that you could create. We could only dream of a McGangbang, or a the Pizza Sub followed by a Cookies and Cream Frappuccino.
Well, the legends are true apparently. The secret menu does exist and the nice people over at ApplianceCity have compiled a list of some of the best secret menus out there. Take a look at just a handful of some of the secret menus from our favourite fast food restaurants and coffee shops such as McDonald’s, Burger King, Subway and Starbucks.
But Where Did it all Start?
Like most legends, nobody really can be sure! Evidence suggests that In-N-Out Burger was the first fast food restaurant that allowed curious customers to create their own burgers. Now there are an estimated 19 fast food chains that provide this service.
