If you think that all tech support people do is sit on their asses and tell you to restart the PC and all your problems are fixed then think again!

In the digital age, more and more people are becoming a lot more tech-savvy. Even pre-school kids nowadays can work with a computer and tablet with no problems, but there are some people where technology stills seem to be an enigma that they just can’t work out or be bothered to even learn.

Tech support may refer to these people as ID10T or PEBCAK (look them up if you don’t know) and they are the thorn in the side of any IT worker.

Let’s take a look at some of the everyday problems that the IT support desk faces on a daily basis.
