The Sci-Fi Version of Moby Dick – ‘The Leviathan’ Short Movie

I was absolutely blown away by this amazing concept short movie titled ‘The Leviathan’ by director Ruairí Robinson. It’s kind of like a sci-fi version of Moby Dick!

Robinson has directed many short films in his career such as Blinky and the oscar nominated Fifty Percent Grey and also  full-length feature films which haven’t been so successful such as Last Days of Mars.

I’m sure this film made into a full-length movie would do much better.

This short was developed with assistance of Bord Scannáin na hÉireann/the Irish Film Board and Fight Club script writer Jim Uhls. The design of the leviathan creature was by Jordu Schell.
