Geometrically Pleasing Rubik’s Cube Cake

These brilliant Rubik’s Cube inspired cakes were all created by the acclaimed pastry chef Cédric Grolet.

The dessert – titled ‘Grolet’s ‘Rubik’s Cake’ is available on request at Le Dali Restaurent, which is located in the Hotel Le Meurice, Paris where Grolet is head pâtissier.

Grolet has been baking since he was 12 and was awarded ‘best Pastry Chef of the year’ in 2015 and deservedly so wouldn’t you agree?
