Get a Glimpse Into the Teeny Tiny World of Tanuka Tatsuya

Oooh tiny!

Welcome to a world of giant broccoli trees, Katsu chicken mountains and cake slice ski slopes!

Japanese Artist Tanaka Tatsuya has been creating these amazing miniature scenes every day for the past seven years for the Miniature Calendar project. Using every day objects such as vegetables, fruit and smart phones.

Tanuka says “Broccoli and parsley might sometimes look like a forest, or the tree leaves floating on the surface of the water might sometimes look like little boats,” he says. “I wanted to take this way of thinking and express it through photographs, so I started to put together a MINIATURE CALENDAR.”

You can see the ongoing calendar at Miniature Calendar and follow Tanuka on Facebook and Instagram.
