This is not a dream…
When you look at the photos you may think that you are in a different reality, but these colourful infrared images with their pastel pink, whites and blues gives out the impression of that you are in a beautiful dreamscape.
The process of infrared photography is created by using an infrared-passing filter, which only lets IR light pass through the camera and blocks all or most of the visible light spectrum.
These filters when used with infrared film or sensors can create amazing false colour images and dreamy black and white images, dark skies or a stunning lurid appearance where trees and foliage reflect the light the same way as snow does. This is known as the “wood effect”.
