Now two years deep in on the current global pandemic and still no end in sight George Orwell’s chilling dystopian vision of the future in the novel ‘1984‘ is becoming more like reality every day.
If you think that things couldn’t get any worse then we will show you instances of pure capitalism that show what a bleak time we are living in. In an age of corporations taking advantage of their workers and making a profit on the back of a global crisis while the rest of us struggle. All so their evil owners can spend all that ill-gotten money on venturing into space.
Instead of fucking about on some stupid space race these rich assholes could solve world hunger and poverty and still be the richest people on the planet.
Social media influences our mindset and feeds us fake news. Celebrities filter the fuck out of their appearance and give a wrong impression of beauty standards to young people. If a young person goes missing then their missing person photo would probably look nothing like them in real life. Good luck with that!
Influencers (aka attention seeking scumbags) demand freebies to promote people’s businesses and take advantage. It is sad that youngsters today when asked what they want to do when they grow up say they want to be ‘a YouTuber’ or worse a ‘TikToker!’
The world is fucked so all we can do is ride it out like Major T.J “King” Kong straddling the H-bomb in Dr. Strangelove…. Yeehaw!
