It’s no secret that we use Social Media a lot. The average Facebook user spends 405 minutes each month on the site. 

Apparently posting about yourself on social media sites is just as rewarding to your brain than eating your favourite food. It is weird that we find it harder to resist social media than we do resist the urge for shopping and sex!
